Golden Gate Bridge Low Tide

What a stunning view of the historic Golden Gate Bridge uncovering treasures only seen during rare low tides. Exposing a huge pop of color, low tide also reveals a long- forgotten boat ramp. The bridge’s standout orangey red color and its attractive yet sturdy design were not expected to be permanent when the structure was built, but anyone who sets eyes on this photo is glad they did. The image perfectly illustrates what has made the bridge so special ever since it opened in 1937.
